17- Closing Ceremony

The Guest of Honour for the Valedictory function of the Inter-Collegiate Athletic Meet for Colleges of Teacher Education was Olympian Bobby Aloysius.

Following the Jumbled March, Ms. Bobby addressed the participants and distributed the prizes. After the Athletic Meet was declared closed, the flag was lowered and Dr. R. Binoy, Associate Professor of Physical Education, Govt. CTE, Tvpm offered the vote of thanks.

2- Opening Ceremony

Dr. A. Jayakrishnan, Hon. Vice Chancellor of the University of Kerala, inaugurated the Athletic Meet for CTE’s on 25 August 2011. He received the salute during the March Past by the participating teams and declared the Athletic Meet open. The opening ceremony was presided over by the Principal and General Convenor of the Centenary Celebrations of Govt. College of Teacher Education, Thiruvananthapuram, Mrs. Mary Xavier.

1-CTE’s Athletic Meet - 2011

The Government College of Teacher Education, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State, India, organized the Kerala University Inter-Collegiate Athletic Meet: 2011 for colleges of Teacher Education at the University Stadium on 25 August 2011. This was the last programme organized by the college as part of its year long centenary celebrations (2010—2011)
